V-PRO 60 - Sterilizer Training

Introduction:

This course explains the basic operation, controls, piping, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of the V-PRO 60 sterilizer. With the purchase of this course, you have up to five attempts or six months to complete the training (whichever comes first).

Course Goal:

The first part of this course focuses on the electrical requirements of the V-PRO 60, including how to power it on, how to interact with the front panel and display, and how to initiate a cycle. The second part of the course focuses on the piping and maintenance requirements of the sterilizer and troubleshooting common problems.
 

Course Outcomes:

At the end of this course, the student will be able to:

•describe the electrical requirements of the V-PRO 60.
•describe how to power on the V-PRO 60.
•describe how to interact with the front panel and display.
•list the five available cycles.
•describe how to initiate a cycle.
•identify the components of the injection assembly, draw tube. assembly, injection manifold, and injection cylinder.
•explain the pathway of VAPROX through the sterilizer.
•explain how the two chamber solenoid valves are used.
