DSD EDGE™ Automated Endoscope Reprocessor

Introduction:
These instructor led trainings will provide your biomedical staff with the knowledge they need to operate and perform maintenance on the DSD EDGE™ Automated Endoscope Reprocessors (AER).

Course Goal:
This course provides the student with an in depth understanding of how to operate the Automated Endoscope Reprocessors and perform troubleshooting and adjustments. The student will learn the theory of operation and functional descriptions of major components and how to access technical information and get technical assistance or place a service request through the STERIS website.

Course Outcomes:
At the end of this course, the student will be able to:

understand the basic theory of operation for the AERs.
locate the preventive maintenance schedule and learn how to use it to perform preventive maintenance on the AERs.
perform troubleshooting and adjustments.

This training is delivered at our STERIS Service Training facility in Plymouth, Minnesota

Training at our facility provides your staff with the opportunity to operate the DSD EDGE™ Automated Endoscope Reprocessors (AER) and perform preventative maintenance procedures without the worries of interrupting your facility’s operation.
